A few images of my journey through India. We arrived during non-tourist season. We soon found out why it was non-tourist season…. In mid-summer the the temperatures can soar up to 50 degrees with up to 100 percent humidity. The locals know how to deal with that sort of heat – sleep!

Images I shot from my canon G9 camera during the Iliso Labantu workshop in Langa. Twelve township based photographers and photo-students from the Iliso Labantu Photo Group spent two days last week documenting life in one small area of Langa.
A selection of their work will be exhibited this Saturday (the 17th Sep) on the same streets in which it was shot.
